How long does it last in actual use? Is it enough for outdoor performances?

The battery life is usually up to 6-8 hours (at low to medium volume). Built-in 14.8V/4.4Ah high-capacity Li-ion battery can meet most outdoor performance or practice needs.

The headphone connector is labelled ‘Impedance ≤ 32Ω’, what will happen if I use high impedance headphones?

The headphone output power of AC-40S is optimised for low-impedance headphones, forcing to use high-impedance devices will result in the mute function of the speakers not working. Please use headphones with 3.5mm TRS plug and impedance ≤32Ω.

What are the safety precautions that must be taken when charging?

The original DC18V/3A adapter must be used, third-party adapters may damage the battery or cause overheating, follow this advice to minimise safety risks.

Does the microphone input support condenser mics? Is external phantom power required?

Dynamic microphones are supported for direct use, and the circuitry has been optimised for vocal clarity. Condenser microphone needs its own 48V phantom power (not built-in this device)

Why do some people say that the sound of the AC-40S guitar amplifier is too weak?

Note: The AC-40S features individual volume knobs for the guitar, mic, and backing tracks, plus a master volume control. If any channel sounds too quiet, check that its specific knob is turned up
